| FEES: Initial
consultation for Workers’ Compensation cases is free. Workers’ compensation
fees are typically a percentage of compensation. This means that there is no
fee unless compensation is won or gained in court or as the result of an out
of court settlement. Fees are also had if a person is on compensation and the
insurance company or employer tries to litigate to remove a person from compensation,
or reduce the amount of benefits. Either way, the legal fee is a percentage of
the compensation (20% fee) |
