FEES: Initial consultation is free. I am happy to discuss all aspects of personal injury law as applicable to a potential case/client. Legal fees are on a contingent fee basis, meaning that there is no fee unless there is a recovery from a verdict at trial, or an out of court settlement. In a nutshell, my fee is a percentage of the total recovery in a case, and is typically 33.3% of the total recovery. (Workers’ Compensation fees are 20% of the total recovery)
